RISE Program - Developing Employees Focus Area

The RISE Breakthrough Leadership program is centred around the 5 C's of Intentional Leadership. This journey will focus on Developing Employees which relates to the assessment question: 'As a leader of my team, I focus on small changes in behaviour that my team members can implement immediately'. This journey incorporates online learning videos, courses, audiobooks and book summaries, that specifically targets the skills required by Super Retail Group to further develop your Developing Employees intentional leadership.  The content has been selected to align with the RISE Breakthrough Leadership program and it's objectives.
